  • If your product is not the right size, color, or model, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • If you have not received your order, you have 30 days from the expected delivery date to submit a claim.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed and approved.


Steps for Returning or Exchanging Items Purchased Online

Step 2

Pack the return item(s) securely in the original packaging. Use the return address provided by our customer service team and make sure all items are in unused condition.


Step 3

Once you ship the return package, please notify us immediately with the tracking details. This allows us to begin processing your request without waiting for the item to reach our warehouse physically.


Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

  • For hygiene reasons, Groin Guards and Mouth Guards cannot be returned or exchanged once used.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
